A must for all Vibrators' fans! On Cherry Red.

"HUNTING FOR YOU" ALBUM RE-RELEASED
The band had the HUNTING FOR YOU album (originally on Dojo, 1994) re-released on Cherry Red Records on Aug. 18th, 2003. (Cat. no. CD PUNK 132.) This is a good album!

"ENERGIZE" - OUR FIFTEENTH (COUNT 'EM!) STUDIO ALBUM, CAME OUT IN AUGUST 2002, ON TRACK RECORDS.
We finished making this studio album (our fifteenth) in the autumn 2001, with Pat Collier (original bass player) producing. The album has sixteen new songs on it, and has John Ellis (the original Vibrators' guitarist) playing on two tracks (X-Files and 3/4 Angelina). Knox thinks this might be the band's best album since Pure Mania and V2.
List of tracks: "X-Files", "Your Love Is Fading Away", "So Far Down", "Animals," "Shine", "3/4 Angelina", "Rock The Kids", "New Brain", "Band New", "General Purpose", "Jukebox Light", "Tears Are Falling", "Moonlight", "I Knew It Must Be Love", "2nite", "No More".

NEW COMPILATION OF "PURE MANIA" + "V2" IN THEIR ENTIRITIES, PLUS TWO BONUS TRACKS, WAS RELEASED JUNE 2002 ON TRACK RECORDS.
The two bonus tracks are: a cover of the Flaming Groovie's "Shake Some Action" (with original guitarist John Ellis on it), and "Rock The Kids" from the new Vibrators' studio album ENERGIZE (see above).

The band recently recorded a version of Katy Perry's "I Kissed A Girl" for a single for Cleopatra Records (USA) soon, with new studio albums coming in the fairly near future. We've got a lot of the songs for this sorted out. More on this later.

V2 - the band's 2nd album, originally released in 1978 on Epic - we now have copies of this for sale (see our merchandising page or punkrockshop.co.uk).

2002: the band toured the UK, and Europe.

2001: the band toured Brazil, the UK, Europe and Japan.
